To be eligible to register and use the tk556 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as having a gambling problem that makes continued gambling harmful to your wellbeing.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tk556 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the tk556 Platform.

Age Verification Process

tk556 employs a multi-stage age and identity verification process. During registration, all players must confirm their date of birth. Accounts may be selected for enhanced due diligence, during which the player will be required to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address dated within the previous three months.

Until age verification is completed, tk556 may impose restrictions on withdrawals, bonus eligibility, and certain high-value game categories. Accounts for which satisfactory verification documents are not provided within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed, with any remaining balance returned to the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Responsibility of the Account Holder

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the tk556 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. tk556 makes no representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws.

tk556 supports a broad range of deposit and withdrawal methods to serve the needs of Bangladeshi players, including local Mobile Financial Services (MFS), international card payments, and cryptocurrency wallets. All financial transactions are governed by the policies outlined in this section.

Deposits

Deposits to your tk556 account must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. tk556 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which may vary depending on network congestion. tk556 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network conditions, or banking system outages.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. tk556 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply and are displayed in the cashier section.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) there is an active compliance review on the account; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In all such cases, tk556 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player.

Currency and Exchange

The primary currency for Bangladeshi players on tk556 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency balances are maintained in their respective denominations (USDT, BTC) and converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. tk556 is not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations on cryptocurrency transactions.

Anti-Money Laundering

tk556 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions are subject to monitoring. tk556 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not attempt to use the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of unlawful origin.

By using the tk556 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, responsible, and respectful of other users and the integrity of the Platform. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to tk556, other players, or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area of the Platform, any other player's account, or any server, database, or system connected to the Platform.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, crawler, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug or technical error may be voided by tk556.
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with the tk556 sportsbook.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Use the Platform to transmit, publish, or display any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person, including a tk556 employee or support agent, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are possible on any wager placed. You agree to use the Platform for recreational purposes only and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available — including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling activity is becoming problematic. tk556 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform beyond its obligations to operate fair and certified games.

Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tk556 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. tk556 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations, and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and legal responsibility.

tk556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by tk556

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required age or identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or collusion with other players.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or use of the Platform in connection with any other illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
• Systemic exploitation of bonus offers or game vulnerabilities.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed toward tk556 staff or other players.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tk556 reserves the right to void any pending wagers, cancel any unclaimed or outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balance that is reasonably attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity pending the conclusion of an internal investigation. Where no fraud is found, remaining legitimate balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your tk556 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, you should ensure that any wagering requirements on active bonuses are resolved, all pending withdrawals have been processed, and your account balance has been withdrawn. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining balance will have that balance returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to standard verification procedures.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than full account closure. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to a permanent, irrevocable exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended, all marketing communications are ceased, and re-registration using the same or associated identity details is blocked. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tk556 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts. This fee will continue until the account balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be archived. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by contacting the support team and completing standard verification.
